Halloween Book In The Works

If you have been craving for a fix of the Halloween film franchise and don't think that you can hold out long enough for the most likely AWFUL remake, Halloween 3D (Seriously?), you can rejoice because Trancas International Films has just announced that it will release "Halloween: The Complete Authorized History" book, written by Justin Beahm in October 2013.

Trancas International Films released a statement, describing the newest addition to the Halloween legacy, stating: "Timed for release in October of 2013 in celebration of the series' 35th Anniversary, "Halloween: The Complete Authorized History" will tell the story of each picture via dozens of interviews with the people who made it happen, from directors to producers, composers to fx artists, writers to stunt personnel.

The book, which will explore the history of 10 films, will include hundreds of rare and never-before-seen photos, documents, and historical magazine articles pertaining to the film's initial release. Beahm may be a familiar name to horror fans; he is a contributing editor for Fangoria magazine, senior writer at Famous Monsters of Filmland magazine, and most recently, he is the Editor-In-Chief of HalloweenMovies.com.

Although the press release doesn't go into too much detail in regard to the book, such as what interviews will be featured and how much it will cost, fans are urged to watch for details on OfficialHalloweenBook.com and Facebook.com/HalloweenBook.
